OCTELA President Cameron Carter tries to prevent resignation letters to others outside OCTELA board, in yet another attempt to control the narrative of the board. Mr. Carter has shown in multiple instances to control the communication with OCTELA lawyer using OCTELA funds paid by members. There has been many instances now in writing of complaints from other former board members not having access to the lawyer and that Mr. Carter has not allowed access along with misinformation in a legal letter sent to former board member and Executive Director.
